At FungiMug, we believe in the precision of our formulas and the logic of your satisfaction. If our pods don’t perfectly integrate into your system, we’ve designed a return protocol that is as sharp and frictionless as our coffee.
1. The 60-Day Intelligence Guarantee
Applies to First Orders Only
We are confident in our alchemy. If your first order doesn’t meet your cognitive expectations, you have 60 days from the date of receipt to request a full refund.
No Return Needed
For your first bag or box, we won’t ask you to mail it back. We’d rather you keep it or share it with a friend who might find their “flow.”
Simple Logic
No complex questions, no hoops to jump through. Just reach out, and we’ll settle the data.
2. Subsequent Orders & The Pod Protocol
For any orders beyond your first, we offer proportional refunds under the following conditions:
Seal Integrity
To qualify for a refund, unused pods must remain factory-sealed. We cannot accept open pods for hygiene and safety reasons.
Proportional Refund
We will refund the cost of the unused, sealed pods returned to us.
Shipping Costs
While we refund the product cost, the initial shipping fee is non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a quality defect.
3. Subscription & The 48-Hour Logic
To prevent unwanted shipments, cancellations or modifications to your subscription must be completed at least 48 hours before your next scheduled charge.
If you cancel within the 48-hour window, the current cycle will be fulfilled, and your cancellation will apply to the following month.
4. Quality Assurance & Damaged Goods
If your order arrives compromised, such as damaged pods or compromised packaging, we will help resolve the issue.
Our Responsibility
We will provide a full refund or a free replacement immediately.
Logistics
In cases of quality defects, FungiMug will cover all associated shipping costs. Please send a clear photo of the defect to:

This allows our quality team to audit the issue and process your request efficiently.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are excluded from our refund protocol:
- Gift cards.
- Promotional “Free” items.
- Items explicitly marked as “Final Sale.”
6. The Processing Cycle
Once we receive and verify your returned items, if applicable, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days.
The credit will be applied back to your original method of payment.
