To keep your ritual seamless, all subscription orders enjoy Free Standard Shipping.
One-time Purchases
Shipping fees for non-subscription orders will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.
Processing & Transit Times
We provide clear timelines for when your order leaves our facility and when it arrives at your door.
Processing Time
Orders are typically fulfilled and dispatched within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Transit Time
Once dispatched, shipping typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on the distance from our logistics hubs to your address.
Our Carriers
We partner with trusted carriers including Gofo, Uniuni, and USPS to ensure reliable delivery.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to follow your package every step of the way.
Address Accuracy & Responsibility
Reliable delivery starts with the right information.
Customer Responsibility
It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. FungiMug uses automated systems to process orders quickly; therefore, we are generally unable to modify addresses once an order is placed.
Address Errors
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping costs.
Return Handling
If you choose to refund an order returned due to an address error, the original shipping fee, if any, will be deducted from your refund.
Delivered but Missing Package
We track every shipment based on real-time carrier data.
Delivery Status
Once a carrier records a package as “Delivered,” the order is legally considered complete. FungiMug is not responsible for packages that are stolen or lost after a successful delivery.
Next Steps
If your tracking says “Delivered” but you cannot locate the package, we recommend:
- Checking around your porch, mailroom, or common delivery areas.
- Inquiring with neighbors or building management.
- Contacting the local carrier office immediately to open a claim.
Damage & Quality Issues
If your pods arrive with damaged seals or packaging, please take a clear photo of the damage and email us at:

Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. FungiMug will cover the costs for a replacement or refund for any verified quality issues.
